Refund policy
Respaldamos nuestros productos al 100%. Si no está satisfecho con su compra, puede devolverlo dentro de 3 días luego de haberlo recibido para obtener un reembolso. Después de tres días, solamente recibirá un crédito en la tienda. Las tarifas de manejo y envió no son reembolsables y se aplicarán a todos los artículos, incluyendo los artículos con una oferta de envío gratuito.
No habrá ningún tipo de cancelaciones de ventas si el producto claramente especifica en la descripción una cantidad de tiempo para envíos.
Para recibir el crédito adecuado, debe contactarse con el equipo de ventas y recibir aprobación para procesar la devolución. Toda devolución debe enviarse en las condiciones exactas en que se recibió, con todas las etiquetas y empaque original. Todo artículo que no haya sido aprobado previamente para devolución o no este en su estado original estarán sujetos a una tarifa de procesamiento del 25% del total del costo del artículo.

Dirección incorrecta de envió:
En caso de que él envió sea regresado por una dirección incorrecta el cliente se hace cargo del costo del re-envio. Si el error es causa de Taino Shirts, Taino Shirts se hara responsable por el costo del re-envio. No habrá ningún tipo de reembolso por errores en la dirección proveídas por los clientes. Solo se recibirá un crédito de tienda valido por 180 por el valor de su orden.
We stand behind our products 100%. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may ship it back to us within 3 days of receipt for a refund. If you return the items after 3 days, you will receive an in-store credit. Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable and will be assessed on all items, including items with a free shipping offer.
There will be no order cancellation for items that clearly state to allow a specific time for delivery.
To receive proper credit, the customer must contact a member of the sales staff and receive approval prior to returning any merchandise. All returns must be shipped in the exact condition received, with all tags and packaging. Items that have not been previously approved for a refund or are not in their original condition will be subject to a 20% processing fee.

Incorrect Shipping Address:
In case the shipment is returned due to the wrong address, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping. If the error is caused by Taino Shirts, Taino Shirts will be responsible for the cost of reshipping. There will be no refund for errors in the address provided by customers. You will only receive one store credit valid for 180 for the value of your order.
